    2. In the privacy policy, the administrator defines the rules for the processing of personal data.
    3. The administrator processes data on the basis of the user’s consent and in the cases specified in the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, in particular on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator.
    4. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
    a) In order to make online payments in connection with the ordered courses and conclude a contract for the delivery of courses.
    b) Sending marketing messages of the Administrator to the e-mail address of users http://www.theswitch.pl.
    5. The following categories of personal data are processed:
    a) The e-mail address that was provided by the user during:
    1. Receiving free courses.
    2. Registration or when completing the order form.
    b) Name and surname provided during registration or on the order form.
    c) IP number, if in a given situation it constitutes personal data.
    6. In connection with the purpose indicated in par. 4 a) of this policy, the name and surname, e-mail address and IP number are processed, provided that personal data is included in the given conditions. Processing is based on the user’s consent and in connection with the provision of electronic services. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a and b REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
    7. In connection with the purpose indicated in par. 4 b) of this policy, only the e-mail address is processed. Processing takes place on the basis of the user’s consent and in connection with the justified legal interest of the Administrator (i.e. marketing of own services). The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a and f REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC. Justified legal interest is the marketing of own administrator services.
    8. The administrator will store the data for the purpose indicated in sec. 4 a) for a period of 3 years from the end of providing the user with online courses. However, for the purpose indicated in paragraph 4 b) until the user objects to the processing of the above data.
    9. Each user has the right to request the administrator to access their personal data, rectify them, delete them, limit processing or object to processing, as well as the right to transfer their personal data and withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data.
    10. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for breach of the provisions on the protection of personal data.
    11. Providing personal data for the purpose indicated in sec. 4 a) is voluntary, however, failure to provide them will result in the Administrator not being able to fulfill his service in the form of providing online courses, in particular due to the lack of payment verification.
    12. Providing personal data for the purpose indicated in sec. 4 b) is voluntary. The service provided by the Administrator is not dependent on consent to the sending of the Administrator’s marketing materials.
    13. The recipients of personal data will only be entities that will participate in online payments.
